On 1 and 2, Bob places Eva's hand on his far shoulder. On 3-4, he moves away and reconnects hand to hand just prior to the backstep.

The gent has to lean close to be able to place the lady's hand on the back of his right shoulder

1 - 2	Man puts lady's hand on his far shoulder (photo)
3 - 4	gentle push and reconnect
5 - 6	backstep
