The title to this move, "Triple-Step Step Whoosh", describes what is occurring. From the closed position, the couple triple steps (counts 1 & 2) and then steps on count 3 but instead of completing a triple step on counts "& 4", the outside leg (leg furthest the center of the couple) swings around and doesn't land until the "back" of the back-step (count 5).
