5c. Hooks on Ochos

The follower can hook her foot behind or in front of her other foot when doing front or back ochos. It is easy to accomplish when the ochos are led slowly. If you can do hooks well when ochos are led quickly, you will add a lot of flash to your ochos. Hooks can also be done quite easily when walking forward or standing still, although these types of hooks are not shown above.
